I absolutely love avocados. In my opinion, their creamy goodness needs very little enhancement.
This is my go-to guacamole recipe, and the truth is, it’s hardly a recipe. I call it Naked Guacamole and it is a campsite favorite. It’s a very simple preparation where the avocados are the stars. If you like a lot of other stuff in your guacamole, you may be thinking that this isn’t for you, but I encourage you to try it this way before you decide. It is however; absolutely critical that your avocados be ripe.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment with any variety of other dishes.
